Worst pizza ever had! Don't waste your money. Burned, missing garlic sauce, poor quality. Save your money and don't go to this location. The lowest quality I have found in a papa John's location. They don't put the right amount of cheese, meat, vegetables!!!! It was just burned pizza dough with a couple of olives and 3 slices of pepperoni in a large size pizza, Really?

These people are impossible to deal with. They have attitudes and keep you on hold forever. The Manager "Tanya" was very rude and did not offer me any help with ordering. This is not the first time I had problems here and I will never order from there again. I urge you as a servant in our community to avoid this place like the plague due to bad management. Only Location that does not Except PayPal as well.

We waited an hour and a half for cold pizza. Completely unacceptable. Had to reheat it in the oven which made the thin crispy crust soggy and the cheese chewy. I can make a better pizza at home and faster.

We ordered 2 large carry out. First one was a garden fresh pizza and the second one was a Philly steak. It is my first time at this location. We always order from the one ny my house near Depot on Bruce b down but since we were on Wesley chapel, we stopped at this location. The pizza was super dry and hard .. my kids couldn’t bite it ..no sauce on the fresh garden. The philly steak one has no meat on it, only onion and green pepper. We were shocked that a location owned by papa johns provide a pizza with poor quality and taste. The bottom of the pizzas were burnt. We ended up dumbing 2 large pizzas to the trash. It is SAD that the head quarter of papa johns are not strict and hard on their locations as they used to like back in the mid of 90’s, early 2000 when I delivered pizza with them during my college time for more than 2 years. It was a chance I thought to give this location in Wesley chapel by Publix which will never repeat it again.

Wow, this location is just terrible. I’ve had an issue here before and stopped ordering, a few months went by and I thought I’d give it another shot. After ordering via APP, the email said it would be 75-85 mins. I immediately called understanding it was a busy night but I couldn’t wait that long. Tori answers the phone and I explain I need to cancel my order, had I known it was going to be 75-85 min I wouldn’t have ordered. She argued with me and said the time was wrong. I asked how long it would take and she said, I don’t know at least 50 mins. At this point I’m already done, I just want to cancel my order. I explain no thanks, she asks me to hold. I was on hold for 12 min and had to call from my work phone and ask what on earth is taking so long. They had no clue what I was talking about and I had to explain three times that I wanted to cancel my order. From the past experiences here, I should have known. I’m happy other pizza options are in the area. I will always take the opportunity to rate this place 1 Star when it’s deserved. Last time they offered me free pizzas to replace my horrendous orders and when I called to take advantage of the gesture, I was treated like an alien and was told I would have to wait until the manager authorized it... just a terrible experience all around, EVERY TIME. Stay away, visit local, visit another chain, just don’t waste your time here.
